I know exactly what a Podiatrist is. I prefer a medical doctor for surgical procedures. A Podiatrist is fine for corns or in-grown toenails.

It's interesting to me that the owners of the shopping center do not want to rent to small business owners. I know of 2 businesses who wanted to rent space there and they were told no thank you.
