Bob never saw combat

How would you know what I did or didn't do? You don't. So once again you've provided clear evidence of your lack of information and adult level discernment.

fuzz81 --- 356 days ago -

Because you?re a proven liar

Dorothy Parker --- 356 days ago -

Because I can read your posts, Bob. Tell us about the wars you saw in the early 80's. You aren't a Vietnam vet and you're too old to have been in the Gulf War.

Tell us all about the combat you saw during those 4 years of service.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 356 days ago -

Because I can read your posts, Bob.

You obviously don't read too well. Go back and reread. You got a couple things wrong here.

Dorothy Parker --- 356 days ago -

Sure I did, Bob. 🙄

Tell us how great your service was while putting down Mark for serving. What a hero you are!

Emperor of Kingwood --- 356 days ago -

Tell us how great your service was while putting down Mark for serving. What a hero you are!

Again, you don't seem to read so well. I didn't put down Mark, I just ask him to contrast his service to that of Trumps and Muellers since he puts down Trump for not serving.

Dorothy Parker --- 356 days ago -

Calling his service into question is putting him down, Bob. You want to act like you have some sort of market on military service and decorations, why not tell us all about the medals you received and all the combat you saw, Bob. You want call Mark out, fine. I'm calling you out. Put up or shut up.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 356 days ago -

I'm calling you out.

I don't care what you think. I'm under no obligation to share that information with you.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 356 days ago -

Calling his service into question is putting him down, Bob.

Again, go back a reread what I said. Its not that hard to understand.

Dorothy Parker --- 356 days ago -

And neither is Mark to you. You like to dish it out, but you sure can't take it. Snowflake.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 356 days ago -

Oh look, Marks mommy is here.

Markster --- 356 days ago -

Tell us how great your service was while putting down Mark for serving. What a hero you are!

Yeah bob. btw...you have the empathy of a snake. The compassion of a dollar bill.

Dorothy Parker --- 356 days ago -

You're so pathetic, Bob. Resort to acting like a 10 year old when faced with the exact same questions you asked Mark.

The only one needing their Mommy, is you.

Again, you like to dish it out, but cry like a little beyotch when given the same treatment. Pfft.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 356 days ago -

Yeah bob. btw...you have the empathy of a snake. The compassion of a dollar bill.

Mark. snakes have empathy, not so much the dollar bill.

Why do regular people vote republican?

Markster --- 201 days ago -

Yes....Sen John Cornyn's name is on that list of shame

Markster --- 201 days ago -

KU Trump supporters....Is this what you voted for?

Myra801 --- 201 days ago -

Why do people vote Republican? Because that's how they were raised.

I know this post is really old and I haven't seen "Dorothy Parker" on here since I have been on here but I just wanted to say that I was raised as a Democrat.

All of my family and extended family are Democrats except for me and two of my siblings.

It was about the issues as to why we stopped voting Democrat.

Well, I just wanted to say that some Republicans aren't raised Republicans. We switched based on some very specific issues.

just sayin'...

Markster --- 201 days ago -

We switched based on some very specific issues.

I can understand that. Does the current republican party represent your specific issues in ideology and in policy?

Even I have republican ideological views. The party represent those views. Strictly in ideology. Not in policy.

jackass --- 201 days ago -

Donald Trump represents the morals and values of the Republican Party

Myra801 --- 201 days ago -

I can understand that. Does the current republican party represent your specific issues in ideology and in policy?

Yes, in ideology and for the most part in policy...when the policies actually take effect...lol... don't seem to "take" too often with this President do they?...smh...

While I am glad that Trump's election highlighted issues that I felt were being ignored I am frustrated by his mouth. Yes...his mouth :( Republicans want actual change not just bombastic talk that polarizes people.

I don't like not answering your question more directly but that would lead me into listing the specific policies I agree with and the policies I disagree with not to mention ideological viewpoints...and that would make this thread about every single view of mine from abortion rights to immigration issues.

We are all probably a mix of Democrat and Republican ideologies...we just have to go with the choices we have or put ourselves in the running :)

Myra801 --- 201 days ago -

Donald Trump represents the morals and values of the Republican Party?

Can't tell; he keeps flip-flopping ;)

No, I don't think Trump is a good representative of the Republican party just as I felt Clinton wasn't a good choice to represent her party.

Did you just take off the question mark on your post? I saw it as a question. Sorry, if I answered and you just meant that as a statement.

Markster --- 201 days ago -

I don't like not answering your question more directly but that would lead me into listing the specific policies

I dont like rabbit hole questions either. Generically speaking, you answered my question.

Butterbean --- 201 days ago -

Policies:

I pay my bills on time.

I pay my taxes on time.

I live within my means (actually below).

I'm a business owner and operator.

I paid into and am now receiving Social Security benefits.

Those are all (or maybe used to be) Republican values.

The current GOP is far removed from those policies.

I don't forecast TX to turn blue, but I think it's definitely going to be a very different color this election cycle.

Markster --- 201 days ago -

I don't forecast TX to turn blue,

We will find out..Texas primary voting is happening today.

Judas --- 201 days ago -

Prolix Raconteur --- 200 days ago -

LOL the democrat who won the primary to run against Abbot this fall hits most of the progressive high points. Lesbian-CHECK, Hispanic/non white -CHECK.

If only she was transgender there would be a coronation HAHAHA.

Texas turning blue LOL like Wendy Davis was projected to win... Pffft.

Butterbean --- 200 days ago -

Guess we'll find out in about 6 months.

Its a reasonable question
"Why do regular people vote republican"?

Myra801 --- 186 days ago -

Why do regular people vote Democrat? List the reasons and then imagine others not wanting those things; it's that simple. What do you hate most about what Republicans value? Be honest.

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 186 days ago -

Those people don't look poor, and they have four children. You have to be doing pretty well, if you can afford four children!

SoupIsGoodFood --- 186 days ago -

Wayne...... facts elude him again.

Little does he know. The poorest counties in those red states are blue.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 186 days ago -

I don't forecast TX to turn blue, but I think it's definitely going to be a very different color this election cycle

BWAHAHAHAHAHA.............. Wendy running again?

Myra801 --- 186 days ago -

You have to be doing pretty well, if you can afford four children!?
You're kidding right? I mean are you actually being sarcastic; I can't tell. I know a family with 5 kids and they are dirt poor and are on food stamps and their house should be condemned due to its condition. How in the world do you not know that welfare programs enable people to have MANY kids?

Okay... you are being sarcastic right?

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 186 days ago -

Actually, no. Unless you want to BE on welfare, that many children are expensive to raise! I'm assuming this family is self sustaining.

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 186 days ago -

"...you have to be kidding"

I think she means SOMEONE is paying for it. Not necessarily them.

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 186 days ago -

You made my point, Myra- People vote republican because they pay for themselves and don't want to pay for you.

voice of reason --- 186 days ago -

How in the world do you not know that welfare programs enable people to have MANY kids?

this is a known fallacy. do your legwork on this one please. welfare is not a living wage. i agree with a.t.d. but not on the reason people vote republican. today's republican is mostly religion based and certainly not fiscally based. that is yet another known fallacy.

just because you've heard something a gazillion times does not make it fact. trump tries that tactic all the time. reality is based on truth not repetition.

factcheckers have trump in at 3,256 lies between 5 and 6 per day b.t.w.

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 186 days ago -

So you?re saying no poor families with children are living on welfare and making it? And they don?t get any more money per child?

Of course it?s not a living wage, as in what a real job would pay if you worked, it?s poverty, but the government subsidizes their food, housing and healthcare.

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 186 days ago -

This is very interesting. It takes one state, Rhode Island, and e axamines how much welfare pays, how it stacks up to working and the way benefits are calculated.
