That's a fallacy that those things don't hurt other people. Ya, it IS a choice to destroy yourself. One you're free to make but don't delude yourself that no one else is hurt, that's cop out and false.?

Maybe religious lunatics. So, I'm in terrible pain everyday and just because you believe it's immoral I cannot have someone help me permanently end the suffering? Recreational drugs taken properly hurt no one if legal.

You can do whatever you want. Just don?t lie to yourself that your actions don?t harm others.
No arguing the facts.

Your posts have zero facts on this subject. I'm single with no kids I know of. My family has been dead for over ten years. Taking some ecstasy tabs is harming who exactly?

The people you aren't sharing with, DUH!

JimBecka --- 11 days ago -

The argument is made that it is 'my body'. But, the person often making the decision is immature. The people making money, like Planned Parenthood, are only interested in the money they will make.

I volunteer passing out food in Houston on the streets and occasionally meet people dealing with bad decisions (in their young/immature days). This week it was a young man who decided to have a sex change (From male to female).

He shared how he was pushed into the decision. He now says it was a horrible mistake, since he would like to be (as he described), a normal man with a family and children.

Chelsea Clinton recently called abortion a great industry. I'm sure lots of people are making money off sex change operations too.

These people like to keep their clients in the dark about the consequences of their actions.

I don't think that's accurate, Jim.

There's a huge body of information readily available.

I have similar experiences with persons that made not-so-good decisions in their life. Availability of data is not a factor in their decisions.

That's absolutely the case. They're like cigarette companies used to be. They prey off the least informed and immature.

Note to Pro-birthers:

If you don't want an abortion. Don't get one.

Who protects the rights of the unborn American citizen?

the Markster --- 9 days ago -

the unborn American citizen

They have no rights

Emperor of Kingwood --- 9 days ago -

They have no rights

Then why can a man be prosecuted for murdering an unborn child?

Better read The Constitution, Mark

Then why can a man be prosecuted for murdering an unborn child?

Because he robbed the woman of control of her own body....

Because he robbed the woman of control of her own body....

That's not what he was charged with and convicted of.

jackass --- 9 days ago -

But that?s why.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 9 days ago -

But that?s why.

No. There's no law about robbing a woman of her right to choose. There's also no law guaranteeing a woman the right to choose.

jackass --- 9 days ago -

True, but that?s still why...

Emperor of Kingwood --- 9 days ago -

It can't be. A person can not be charged, prosecuted and convicted of something that is not a violation of law.

I get that you're trying to spin the language to include a woman's right to choose, but it just doesn't work.

jackass --- 9 days ago -

I?m not at all. The fetus is inside the mother. If someone punches her and the fetus dies they?ve aborted it without her consent. The law is written in a way to appease the religious zealots but that?s why it?s there. Like it or not.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 9 days ago -

The law is written in a way to appease the religious zealots but that?s why it?s there.

Are you saying second degree murder is a law to appease religious zealots? Or, are you saying that only a woman has the right to commit second degree murder?

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 7 days ago -

Actually, that's an interesting question. Is that man guilty of murder if the woman's 2 months pregnant?

Butterbean --- 7 days ago -

How 'bout prosecuting the sperm donor. Clearly he's 1/2 the equation. I assign no blame.

It's the woman's choice, to the exclusion of all others.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 7 days ago -

It's the woman's choice, to the exclusion of all others.

Who defends the rights of the unborn American Citizen?

Emperor of Kingwood --- 7 days ago -

Clearly he's 1/2 the equation.

Then why does he have no voice in the abortion decision but yet can be forced to pay child support?

RayofHope --- 7 days ago -

The real issue is that abortion is big business and not healthcare (According to Chelsea Clinton).

Butterbean --- 7 days ago -

It's the woman's choice, to the exclusion of all others.

Things for men to consider when looking for a bun for their wiener.
