do you think false allegations are unique to your field, or equally common among all occupations?

I don't know. But, here's an example. One woman came in my office and complained that we didn't hire equal number of female engineers as male. I told her that were were far fewer female engineers than male engineers (she was a tech writer)and we hire based n qualifications and not gender. She went to HR and leveled sexual harassment complaints about me. Of course I was exonerated, but I still had to endure the investigation and defend myself.

Example 2. I had a female project controls specialist. When I directed that she would produce project Gantt charts and keep them updated weekly she went to HR and complained that I was treating her unfairly because she was female and it was causing her undue stress and a sexually hostile work environment. Again, nothing happened but I still had to endure the investigation.

There are more examples of what I've seen every single year. But you get the point.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 102 days ago -

Male dominated?

Of course. Women do not go into engineering fields in the same numbers as do men.

KwMillennial --- 102 days ago -

Of course. Women do not go into engineering fields in the same numbers as do men

So there is a power differential in your workplace. It explains your perception of how common it is. When women make up allegations of a sexual nature that are false, they are leveraging the only power they have in their minds to influence what they perceive as needed change in management. Or do you see it differently?

Emperor of Kingwood --- 102 days ago -

But, there are more female HR managers then men.

It explains your perception of how common it is.

Its not perception, Its actual facts that I have witnessed.

Its not about influencing a change. Its about vindictiveness.

U men here on this forum most do exhibit this predator type behaviour

I_won't_tell --- 102 days ago -

MU how in the _uck can anyone here
(in this anonymous forum environment)

exhibit this predator type behavior?

Disagreeing is not exhibiting predator type behavior.

THINKING some comments here are COMPLETELY STUPID is not exhibiting predator type behavior.

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 102 days ago -

There are plenty of ways to be a predator and be online. How about some pervert hacking into your phone and computer and watching you and listening to you??

Ask Kingwood Millennium for a physiological evaluation of that...

Excuse me? Are you actually insinuating that I have done this to you? Well this is alarming. I don’t even know how to post post pictures on this website and you’re thinking I have done some act extraordinarily disproportionate to anything I am capable of doing? I can’t even figure out how to post here without all these random characters popping up in my words. But it makes sense to you that I can hack into phones and emails, and commit highly complicated and complex crimes of this nature?

I must have triggered some very deep issues. You have gone well beyond the level of paranoia that I was previously commenting about. I had no idea you had it this bad. It’s only a matter of time before satellites are tracking you. The next step ought to be scary to those closest to you. How do these highly irrational thoughts not terrify you?

I’m starting to understand why so many irrational people post here. It’s the ringleader.

Prolix Raconteur --- 102 days ago -

Watch it or you will get iced. I won't tell here is a huge example of predator behavior except this pussy grabber goes after the dead who cant fight back. i hope he gets sent to prison and rots and rots and rots as he should.

Barbara Bush / too “sick” to attend Nancy Reagan’s funeral but not too sick to campaign for her smug, entitled low energy son Jeb in New Hampshire the next day. She once berated me in a drunken tirade after the campaign I managed for Ronald Reagan beat her husband in the New Yor[i]k and New Jersey Republican primaries and took half the delegates in Connecticut. She had a “countdown clock” for @realdonaldtrump presidency ? Well she’s dead and he’s president- who won that one?
Nasty, rude, vindictive, entitled , self-important - that’s the woman I had several unpleasant encounters with.#stonecoldtruth #maga

Alex Jones is in the house!!!

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 102 days ago -

Dr Mellenial is worried. Uh oh.

KwMillennial --- 102 days ago -

I don’t think anyone is worried. It is pretty obvious your accusations are completely made up and exist only in your head. Or you are trolling me to make EoK’s point about women making up false accusations. I do think that’s possible because I can be gullible. I am confident most people can see what you cannot. I have never met you, never tried to, don’t know anything about you, I never want to know anything about you, and pray to God we never meet. I hope that’s clear enough.

If your accusations were true, you would have reported the incident to police. I have read about people getting convicted for the kind of criminal behavior that you are accusing me of doing. So maturely and responsibly responding to that issue would have resulted in catching a stalker. I am not a criminal and was raised to respect the law. The most serious criminal behavior I have committed is speeding, and maybe a curfew violation after getting my DL several years ago.

Your so called stalker is also probably a figment of your imagination. If you have seen this stalker as your comments suggest, you had the opportunity to turn the tables on him and didn’t. We all know why. The act and this person is a complete fabrication of a delusional mind. You can’t turn the tables on someone that doesn’t exist.

My guess is your delusions probably did result in you going to police, maybe even several times. They quickly assessed what was really going on, didn’t they? Your paranoia was obvious to these trained investigators just as it is obvious to people that post here. Are you now flagged in their database? Do you wonder why they don’t take you seriously? Are they in on it too? How far are you going to take this?

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 102 days ago -

I wonder what it feels like to have ZERO conscience? Does anything you do EVER bother you? I wonder if there is a disease called diarrhea of the mouth? If there is, you got it. Oh I see you brought out Mean Joe Blow! Darn, I missed your back up attempt to win this convo with numbers.

Time to switch ID's.

KwMillennial --- 101 days ago -

I brought out Mean Joe Blow? What in the world are you talking about? Now I post as Joe Blow too? He hasn’t even posted on this topic and hasn’t posted for days. But maybe he did and you just erased it. If that’s what happened, are you protecting us from his words or protecting yourself?

I only have one account and it’s this one. I do not know anyone that posts here. The only history I know of this place is what I have learned from posting here. If somebody thinks there is more I should know, please message me.

This is getting sad and I feel bad about participating in how this is developing. I have to believe that most people can see what I am seeing. When someone just repeatedly accuses others of things that are contrary to reality, there’s usually a psychological explanation for it. The only way to get there is to raise awareness.

So i’ll post this to see if anyone else wonders how fitting this is :

Paranoid Personality Disorder
By Steve Bressert, Ph.D.
Last updated: 19 Mar 2019
People with paranoid personality disorder are generally characterized by having a long-standing pattern of pervasive distrust and suspiciousness of others. A person with paranoid personality disorder will nearly always believe that other people’s motives are suspect or even malevolent.

Individuals with this disorder assume that other people will exploit, harm, or deceive them, even if no evidence exists to support this expectation. While it is fairly normal for everyone to have some degree of paranoia about certain situations in their lives (such as worry about an impending set of layoffs at work), people with paranoid personality disorder take this to an extreme — it pervades virtually every professional and personal relationship they have.

Individuals with paranoid personality disorder are generally difficult to get along with and often have problems with close relationships. Their excessive suspiciousness and hostility may be expressed in overt argumentativeness, in recurrent complaining, or by quiet, apparently hostile aloofness. Because they are hypervigilant for potential threats, they may act in a guarded, secretive, or devious manner and appear to be “cold” and lacking in tender feelings. Although they may appear to be objective, rational, and unemotional, they more often display a labile range of affect, with hostile, stubborn, and sarcastic expressions predominating. Their combative and suspicious nature may elicit a hostile response in others, which then serves to confirm their original expectations.

Because individuals with paranoid personality disorder lack trust in others, they have an excessive need to be self-sufficient and a strong sense of autonomy. They also need to have a high degree of control over those around them. They are often rigid, critical of others, and unable to collaborate, and they have great difficulty accepting criticism.

Symptoms of Paranoid Personality Disorder
Paranoid personality disorder is characterized by a pervasive distrust and suspiciousness of others such that their motives are interpreted as malevolent. This usually begins in early adulthood and presents in a variety of contexts, as indicated by four (or more) of the following:
* Suspects, without sufficient basis, that others are exploiting, harming, or deceiving him or her
* Is preoccupied with unjustified doubts about the loyalty or trustworthiness of friends or associates
* Is reluctant to confide in others because of unwarranted fear that the information will be used maliciously against him or her
* Reads hidden demeaning or threatening meanings into benign remarks or events
* Persistently bears grudges (i.e., is unforgiving of insults, injuries, or slights)
* Perceives attacks on his or her character or reputation that are not apparent to others, and is quick to react angrily or to counterattack
* Has recurrent suspicions, without justification, regarding fidelity of spouse or sexual partner

KwMillennial --- 101 days ago -

Literally nothing you have said about me is true. How many others do you falsely accuse of things? It is sad that the only thing that will change that is your own awakening to your psychological state.

sdanielmcev --- 101 days ago -

Forget it, kw. Saggy and emp go in full Bernie Sanders mode on this stuff.

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 101 days ago -

You aren't very smart Dr. Millennial. Who goes to the trouble literally posting PAGES of Internet diagnosis about a literal stranger that You claim me to be? Normal people wouldn't be so paranoid about a casual mistaken identity now would they?

Wow that 170 IQ has left you stranded on the island of stupidity.

KwMillennial --- 101 days ago -

You are right that I am not that smart. Finished near the bottom of my class at Kingwood High. I’ve done much better in college though. I actually made the Dean’s List during my last year. It was the reason I had the confidence to go to grad school.

I don’t know where you got the 170 IQ from. I am pretty sure I have never claimed to have a high IQ. But I guess this is another example of a reality that is a figment if your imagination. Can you direct me to any post I have made where I have claimed that? Quite the contrary, I think you will find most of my posts are asking questions. I ask questions because I want to learn.

Although I’m not the IT expert you claim me to be, I do know how to copy and paste a single internet page. You’re going to have to get someone else to show you that trick though.

But now I am paranoid about your “casual mistaken identity”? You went off the rails. Of course that is alarming. I’ve seen it happen one afternoon on the downtown rail. The guy that went off on some other guy accusing him of things he do didn’t even look homeless. Police were called and made an arrest. People in a normal state of mind don’t just accuse total strangers of committing insane criminal acts with such specificity. But I don’t blame you for trying to minimize that kind of insane response you gave me.

Good on you taking the high road, kW.
