Program 1: Chefs Table Wine Paring starting Sept. 26th. at 7:45 pm
Four courses over 4 weeks
Week 1: Crab cakes with Roasted Pepper Remoulade, topped with Thin Tortilla Crisps, and Roasted Pico de Gallo.
Crispy Orange White Chocolate Napoleon with Fresh Raspberries.
Week 2: Grilled Raspberry foam sauce Chicken with Creamy White Chocolate and Cranberries Risotto topped with crunchy roasted apricots.
Week 3: Smoked-Roasted to perfection Salmon Fillet with Creamy Pepper Salad and Mushroom Risotto.
Martini Strawberry Granita with a Mint flare.
Week 4: Pork Milanese with velvety Polenta and Roasted Root Vegetables topped with Fig Chutney.
Is going to be delicious, but hurry up SpottedPuppy, because we only have 8 spots available, and they are going fast. You will have a great time with your friends, is something different and you will get to eat what ever you make, a full portion not just a taste of what you cook. :)
i'd like to know the prices.....
i never understand why some businesses don't put prices on their site. I don't know about other people, but if i have to pick up the phone (during business hours) and ask for more info, chances are i'm not going to ever even bother.
Sorry....that is just a little pet peeve of mine, lol....I'm just lazy I guess!

We are resuming the Adult Gourmet cooking classes on Oct. 9th at 7:00 pm.
These cooking classes are once a month. The 2nd Thursday of the month.
Class 1: Oct. 9th
Class 2: Nov. 13th
Class 3: Dec. 11th.
Class 4: Jan. 8th.
