We got it last week too and they are adorable! DD is getting the mermaid one. She wants to be Ariel and I don't like the Disney versions (no mid-drift for my 3 year old please!). This one is Ariel-esque enough that she gave it her stamp of approval.

Yeah, I got my daughter's costume from there last year, and I was surprised at the flimsy quality for the hefty price! I love their clothes though!

You know, but even one year when I had a tiger costume made, I still spent close to that amount. We do better financially when we put our noggins together and make it up. I dyed, cut, sewed and glued together a costume one year. Middle ds wanted to be Peter Pan, so I went to town on an old shirt and shorts. The only thing I bought him were some green tights. Definitely under $10 and he posed for pics. They won't pose when they're not happy. Lmao. 

Homemade costumes are the best ones! I love love love Halloween!

I have purchased my kids costumes at buycostumes.com and they have been made very well. They have played and played in them after Halloween. 

Cute stuff! I love making my girls' costumes every year though :)
