What is the most important feature of your child's learning center? Would it be Curriculum, Ancillary Activities, Character Building, etc?

I am the new director at LaPetite Academy of Kingwood. I've lived in Kingwood for about 15 years now in Sand Creek Village and have watched my own children grow through our schools and go off to college. I also have two still attending Kingwood schools. I love Kingwood and want to provide the very best experience for our children as they prepare for their educational careers. So, I'm looking for feedback to help my school meet the needs of our children. Will you help me?
