So, I have friends coming in this fall for the neighborhood sales. Just wondering when they will be? The only one I know of is Atascocita on Oct. 14-15. TIA

My first neighborhood sale was at Kings River. It's like a neighborhood flea market. My friends from across the state come during this time, as it's a cultural event. The best ones are when everyone, or LOTS of houses in the neighborhood, participate. Anyone want to add to the description?

The whole neighborhood allows residents to have a garage sale on a certain day.
