does anyone have one???

We do. We've had for almost 7 years. I loved it at first, but it has been a pain the last couple of years. Our pump broke, the chambers had to be replaced, etc. And it is only "100% guaranteed" for like 3 years. So we've had to pay for all these repairs to it. For what they cost, they should fix the darn things! A good mattress should last at least 10 years.

We won't buy another.

well im thinking of buying one and they give any refferral a cash cert. to spend so i was looking for someone i could say referred me :)........with with that info you just gave me poodles i will be rethinking this and i agree they should pay for any repairs

my aunt and uncle liked theirs for about 3 years and after that it was garbage. that is all i know.

i am saving for a good bed, too, niknik. just can not decide what i want. i did get one of those memory foam toppers (a 4"one) at Target when they were on sale for 50% off a few months back. so far i love it and go does gpa. we wanted to try that before spending thousands of dollars on something we would not be comfortable on.

A three year guarantee? Holy Cow! I have a really bad back and was telling my dh a few days ago that I'd like to do some research on the Sleep Number beds whenever we decide to replace our Posturepedic mattress. Friends tell me I should try this type of mattress and that type of mattress, so it's good to hear an honest opinion from someone about how their mattress has held up. That 20 year guarantee is exaggerated too but we've had our mattress for 10 years or so and it's still pretty firm and comfy. I can't imagine keeping the same mattress for 20 years or more like some folks do. Ick! I know... I'm spoiled. But my dh doesn't care for a really firm mattress like I need so we've been discussing other options.
