Anyone have recommendations on good clean campsites? Looking for clean bathrooms is a must!! No kids will be going so kid friendly isn't a problem!

Gardo's. Any of them are great. 

There was a campsite right next to the River Run condos up the Comal River. We stayed at the RR condos (not greatest in the world), it was nice because we were up from all of the crowds. You could float all the way down, and you would hit the crowds down before the chutes.
This was several years ago, but the campsite may still be there. 

Too hot to camp now.
