Chef Frank --- 12 years ago -

I want to personally thank everyone for continued support and suggestions. I posted yesterday we did get our Beer/Wine license. After Memorial Day will be updating our hours. Nick and I's goal is to open 7 days lunch and dinner.

freebyrdII --- 12 years ago -

We can't wait to meet you. Ciao

Chef Frank --- 12 years ago -

When are you coming? Tonight?

freebyrdII --- 12 years ago -

No, I still have a house full of guests! I will let you know when we will be coming.

DramaMama --- 12 years ago -

Chef Frank,

This is Mrs. Tinman. FreebyrdII and family are very special close family friends of ours. Please take extra special care of them. Not that you wouldn't but they know their Italian fare and if they don't like it, I have to cook for them. LOL

freebyrdII --- 12 years ago -

LOLOLOL.......RIGHT!

And Frank, Mrs Tinman is one helluva cook!!!!!

Chef Frank --- 12 years ago -

Will do!!

movedagain --- 12 years ago -

We will be there on Friday night with family that is flying in for graduation...

Chef Frank --- 12 years ago -

Great how many?

moltobella --- 12 years ago -

OH man, I'm super craving Camilla's Lasagna. Looks like Friday is date night at Pizziola's for me. :)

Chef Frank, I think you should create a few more vegetarian dishes so I can taste more things! EVERYTHING I've had there has been so delicious. The marinara is TO DIE FOR.

p.s. It'll be an early dinner for 2 with 2 potential to go orders.

Chef Frank --- 12 years ago -

I have Pasta Primavera with marinara or alfredo. Grilled Vegetable plate, Eggplant Parmesan, Grilled Vegetable Pizzas and Camilla's Lasagna. I can also customize for you

doglady --- 12 years ago -

Frank, you are so awesome! Bet "special-made to order" doesn't happen at those "other" Italian places;)

esquala --- 12 years ago -

I can see Thursdays being family takeout days. We have one vegetarian (my 13 yr old daughter, who swore off meat for ethical reasons when she was in Kindergarten), so I think the chicken alfredo will work out great.

Now, what to choose for dessert? I'm in a quandry!

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow after work.

freebyrdII --- 12 years ago -

Do you make your gnocchi with grated potato ?

RedMulch --- 12 years ago -

I'll bring my Wednesday night Sunday School group in the next week or two for dinner and happy hour! (8-10 people)

Rubicon --- 12 years ago -

Chef Frank, I've heard lots of good things about your restaurant, but you're too far! When are you going to come to Kingwood?!

Some day I'll make it out your way and try some of this food everyone has been raving about.

Chef Frank --- 12 years ago -

When we get this place going better we our slated to go out in Wilson Rd.

HARP --- 12 years ago -

Lets not talk about that Chef Frank, I can't handle you not being across the street from me!

And freebyrd wants to know about your gnocchi

movedagain --- 12 years ago -

Chef Frank ~~ There will be 8 or 9 on Friday night...

Say what? Chicken is meat.

Moltobella, I had Camilla's Lasagna tonight, and it was sooo yummy!

Chef Frank, my family and I loved the food!

OMG Isn't it?! I haven't tried anything else (other than appetizers) because it's so good.

patchycat --- 12 years ago -

I'm like you, it's going to be hard to order something different, but I definitely want to try the eggplant parmesan. I'm not a vegetarian, but I love my veggies!

moltobella --- 12 years ago -

I definitely want to try the eggplant parmesan.

Me too. I once asked the manager how it was and he said "you know, its eggplant parmesan." Somehow I think that it's not JUST eggplant parm. The marinara that Frank makes is SO flavorful.

patchycat --- 12 years ago -

I loved the marinara. My husband had chicken alfredo, and that was really good too, as was the one on my lasagna. I NEVER like anyone's alfredo because most of it tastes like it's made from powdered mix. I have leftovers for lunch, so I better go to bed before I eat it now!

patchycat --- 12 years ago -

Oh, and if the eggplant parmesan has the same breading as the chicken parmesan that my daughter had, it's going to be really good because it looked and tasted like it had some pesto mixed in with it!

We are NOT LEAVING this location!! We are planning to open more locations. We are looking for 2nd generation restaurants. Nick and I have built out over 30 restaurants between us. For now we just want to clean, remodel and go!!

LoveMyDoggies --- 12 years ago -

I was there two days ago. Cannot say enough good things about the food and service. I WILL be back!! Keep up the great work Pizziola's.
