my daughters taekwondo school will be offering sports massage classes to parents and teens to help with the usual sprained ankle, or pulled muscle problems we always have a hard time dealing with each class is $5 and other than that all you need is a towel!!

by the way the class is going to be from 11am - 11:50am

yes 11-11:50 am and yes u can bring ur husband and son u will need a partner to practice with!
