Does anyone know if there is a start and stop time for construction, roofers, or lawn services in Kingwood? 

Out of respect, crews should wait until at least 8:00am.

I believe there is an ordinance, but heck if I know. 

We had a crew here start at around 7:30, I would have preferred they waited until 8:00. In the summer, lawn people come out waaaaaaaaay early. 

I do believe any time after 7:00 AM is OK for noise
