Most salons I have looked into in the Kingwood area want $115 and up for cut/partial highlights. Seems excessive for just a haircut and 2" roots on my crown and around my face touched up.

Any recommendations? $$ not $$$.

I go to Lan at Lan's Salon on 1960 in Atascocita. She is across from Target. I pay $75.00 plus $15.00 tip, so $90.00. I have roots, highlights, low lights and a trim. I have LOTS of hair. It is a 2 hour appointment every time.

Although that is not that high for a good colorist/cut & style IN THIS AREA, I recommend Lucretta at "Salons at the Loft" in Porter. She is fantastic with color and does awesome hair extensions. Very nice facility too. Stylists have their own room & utilize a central wash area. Her cell: 281-387-8873. Tell her Patti referred you. She will do what you ask or advise if you are unsure. She is patient and kind and I've been following her for years. In business for herself for going on 10 years. She also does punch cards for repeat color/hi-lite customers. (=
