Just wondering if this is really going to happen? Has anyone heard anything? 

Water park scheduled to open Memorial Day 2015 and the amusement part the following year. I think the sports complex and motor-sports is before the water park. 

This is seperate from the dino park right? That was cancelled wasn't it>? 

I think the Dino park people are under investigation . 

The good news is that it should bring a lot of commerce to this area. The bad news is with the commerce comes traffic. This area does not have the infrastructure to handle it.

I thought so. As for the infrastructure, that is all being built up right now. We already got the 69 corridor. 

Grand Texas sounds more realistic to me. A water park would be great . I like the idea of a western town theme too. I have heard different stores on the western theme . One being gunslingers like Silver Dollar city and the other being paintball guns for kids .
