6 fire trucks and mobile command truck. No smoke. Anyone know what's going on?

The house apparently caught on fire,and to make matters worse the damage is pretty extensive.
The house had been vacant for several years now and apparently someone had purchased the home and have been as of late fixing up the property.

Anybody know what the cause was? Kids? Contractor "oops" in the construction? New owner sick of redoing the house?

Plumbers were trying to weld something but caught the insulation on fire.
