Shear Madness Salon --- 10 years ago -

Shear Madness on Mills Branch

Keystone --- 10 years ago -

Brandi at TGF near La Madaleine. Only person I've ever been to in my life who doesn't cut it too short every time. It's always just right.

Linda at Moriri. (281) 883-2738. My daughter and I ( and also friends) have used her for years ( over ten) she listens to exactly what you want, takes her time and is incredibly experienced. I would not go to anybody else.

Had a horrible experience with Linda at Moriri. I walked into work and my coworkers said, Yikes who chopped your hair off. Very uneven. A cosmetology student probably could have done better.

Shear Madness is the best. All the staff are great. Highly recommend them. They are on Mills Branch.

Dirtygert - I have no problem with you having your own opinion - we are all entitled to them and the last time I recommended Linda you stated the same. http://www.kingwoodunderground.com/topic.jsp?topicId=11788475
At the end of this thread I asked you if you had told Linda you were unhappy. You did not respond. Knowing Linda as well as I do now I was shocked that she would ever let a customer leave who was unhappy with their haircut. She cares too much.... So I asked her that day if she remembered you. She did, as you were wanting quite a bit cut off like somebody else in the salon. She said she double checked exactly how you wanted it and afterwards you were happy with it. You even left a nice tip. If I was unhappy with a haircut or anything else for that matter, I would surely say something and I sure wouldn't leave a tip. The fact that you changed your mind afterwards either because of what your coworker said or for whatever reason, is not the stylists fault. You left happy.
I have been on this forum for a number of years. I recommend good contractors, businesses etc and generally don't get involved with the drama, but on this occasion I feel that you are wrong to blame a good stylist because you changed your mind on something that you asked for. I let it go on the last forum because you did not respond to my question, but as you commented here I felt I had to say something. I stand by recommending Linda due to the ten plus years of high quality service she has provided to me and my family and I know I am not the only one on this forum who is happy with her work.

My girlfirend is excellent at making women look beautiful . She does hair anyway youd like it and can also give suggestions. She also does face paintings, wedding parties and special events. She is also associated directly with Mary Kay cosmetics so if you use this then maybe you can work something out with her on that as well. She is the most friendliest person I know and Im sure you will have a great pleasure getting to know her.

Wow happybritgirl you are on a roll. Yes I did not respond to your comment the last time as I felt it unnecessary. No it did not take my coworkers to say something the next day.... I hated the haircut immediately!!! As a matter of fact I was so shocked at the haircut...I was left speechless and because I consider myself a "nice person" what purpose would it have been for me to confront her. I just knew I would NEVER go back to her nor recommend her. She seemed like a nice person so yes I tipped her and you have a problem with that?

Dirtygert - "I hated the haircut immediately!!! As a matter of fact I was so shocked at the haircut...I was left speechless" Yet you told her you were happy with it! It was what you had asked for and she double checked exactly what you wanted before she started! Also, if I could see that something was maybe going not how I thought it might, I would probably mention it to the stylist!!

"I consider myself a "nice person" Really?? - your comment "A cosmetology student probably could have done better." isn't very nice!

"She seemed like a nice person so yes I tipped her and you have a problem with that?" No, I don't have a problem with that at all....I tip her all the time for her good work....what seems strange is that you would tip somebody who you claim gave you a haircut so bad you were left speechless! And yes, Linda is a nice person which I why I think you are being unfair blaming her for something you asked for, then having left the salon happy, you changed your mind. That is not her fault.

Looking at your previous comments on KU I see that you complain a lot.... which is your right to do of course.

I have nothing more to say on this subject.

I NEVER once said I like the cut...Why would I??? And yes I am done with this topic it is really rather boring like your continued tirade.
