I have talked to so many of the people on KYS who have shops and sell. Many quit after only a few month because they get fed up with staying home for customer they just spoke with who don't show up - and don't even have he courtesy to contact you. I have been on KYS for over 6 years and my ratio is 3 out of 10 people actually, eventually show up. I just had a lady from Baytown custom order over $300 worth of jewelry for her shop in Baytown - Watch Me Grow Children's Resale". We spoke several times. I ordered what I needed to make her items = 26 pieces in total - and put my other orders aside to get them done for her. I was planning on driving to Baytown to deliver them but she offered to meet me stating she didn't mind. So I went to the designate spot - 1/2 hours from my house - and waited over an hour. She never showed. Never returned my phone calls, messages on KYS, and now won't even answer my phone calls. What is the matter with people. They must have been raised differently than how I was raised. All I asked her was to let me know if she changed her mind so I would know how to proceed. Very discouraging dealing with people!! kas 

We use a shoe repair place in Tomball. The guy does custom boots, etc. You pay him up front. He said he got tired of calling people repeatedly to come and pick up their repairs. Now if they don't come back, the shoes are taking up space, but he has already been paid for the work. 

Thank you for that. I guess I am gong to have to get something like 1/2 down for custom orders before I purchase everything I need and make it clear there are no refunds. Glad to know it isn't just me! kas
