Anyone ever had this procedure done? Could you give some feedback? Did they put you to sleep? Thanks 

I came close to having one- no they do not put you to sleep. I do believe they deaden the skin before they insert the needle 

No they will not put you to sleep. They will numb the area and have you lie very still. They will use an ultrasound for a guide. Normally 3 people in the room with you. You may feel a litle pressure but that is it and it is pretty quick. Probably less than 10 minutes. Just keep your eyes closed. I brought a night time eye mask with me and thought of happy things. LOL It's realy fast and easy I promise. When they are done, they will put a bandaide on it. Probably tell you to ice the area for 30 mins on 30 mins off. Do NOT take any aspirin, motrin, IB, or blook thinners before hand. They won't do it if you've had them for days before. Good luck and keep us posted! 

I had to have one several years ago. It is quick, like stated above. It can be a little painful, kind of like a long bee sting.....but nothing horrible. Good luck, hope it's nothing to worry about.
