Hey guys so sorry I didn't get the response notifications :(

We camps M-F early morning, mid morning, and evenings and even Sat workouts.

All you need to bring is a mat, weights (trainers will have some extra) and water

Willow Creek Elementary MTTH 5-6am & TTH 6:45-7:45pm

Kingwood First Baptist MWF 8:30-9:30am

Woodridge Middle School MTTH 5-6am

Bear Branch Elementary MWF 5:15-6:15am & MW 5:15-6:15pm, 6:30-7:30pm

Shadow Forest MW 6-7pm

Do you have a certain number of free memberships to give out? What's the catch? 

No catch we have bold campers who all received free camps and I had a few that haven't been redeemed. 

Where at Bear Branch? Is it for all levels? Are the Monday, Wednesday evenings still available ?
