We are a growing dance studio who would like to hire a Cheer/Gymnastic coach

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 21 years of age.
Minimum of two years? experience in teaching gymnastics and cheerleading and/or four years of personal gymnastics experience. Five years or more experiences as coach or performer preferred.
Possess the knowledge and skills to instruct beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of boys and girls gymnastics, cheerleading, and cheer stunting.
Prepare choreography for beginner-advanced cheer classes.
Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment set-up.
Possess the responsibility and dedication the position requires.
Sensitivity to the needs of families including adults and children.
Outstanding ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
MUST be able to demonstrate what you teach. ( for example jumps and tumbling skills)
The ability to demonstrate a friendly, courteous and professional manner while working with volunteers, staff, parents, and participants, and the ability to understand, articulate and enforce Platinum Studio?s policies in a positive way.
Ability to plan, lead and participate in activities.
Must be Reliable, professional and responsive.
Must be Outgoing, Friendly, Energetic and Enthusiastic
Must be Warm, Empathetic, Patient and Consistent
Must have superior customer service skills
Must have reliable transportation, cell phone & web/email access
