Watchdog group American Phoenix Foundation secretly videoed Texas state legislators to catch them in the act of making shady business deals and conducting other nefarious and shameless activities in and around the Capitol.

One of the shadiest was your representative, Dan Huberty. Huberty was one of the group's primary targets and was followed around for weeks - on the floor, in the elevators and even around Austin.


Citizen of the Year? Seriously?! Someone is about to have egg on their collective faces!
