I sm in disbelief. I went there for lunch today. I arrived at 11:57. (Yes, I do check this when I have a schedule)

I love Applebees, always have. Until today. I was greeted by Alex, he was taking me to a table, when someone came by and barked instructions to him. I hate that. Employees need respect. Anyway, I sat down and waited for a server. They did not come. I perused the menu for about 15 mins, when someone came and asked me if Alex has been by. No, I said, but he has been seating people. she says "OK, what would you like to drink?"

A chardonnay, of course...

Waited 10 mins for that. Not happy.To T

To make a long story short, I waited 30 mins for an order that was wrong and all I heard all over the place was "sorry it is taking so long"

So I did something I have never done before and went to their website and spilled my guts.

I feel weird but happy. 

Had a very similar experience today at Chilis for lunch. 

Food is pretty good but the service is awful. Poor management.

I don't know when you were last there, but the food is now going downhill. Or at least it was on that day. 

Don't go to Applebees.
