Tomorrow at the Holy Comforter Lutheran Church on Woodland Hills Dr, 12-5. It looks like it's going to be a huge event! Lots of kids activities, serious food, and beer! Not to mention the weather is going to actually be fall-ish! See you there!

I am running the car show down the same street, I'm telling everyone I know make a great day of both the Ocktoberfest event and KPARK FFA car show on the same street not far from each other. Come on Kingwood forget about the politics for weekend enjoy the best weather all year, bring the kids bring the friends. Both events are for a great cause. I'm not trying to hi jack this post I put this on our post also supporting ocktoberfest.

Thank you, everyone for the HUGE turn out! The event was supported by local companies: Great Harvest Bread made Pretzels and to-die-for apple strudel. Rudi Lechner's provided lunches, and Back pew brought the beer. There were lots of kids activities. Don't miss it next year!
BigE- I didn't get to stop by. I bet you, too, had a huge turn out!

Back Pew did a great job- thanks for going and getting more beer 👍- it was a thirsty crowd. My friends enjoyed your brew- I was DD
The food plates from Rudy Lechner's were gross. So far from authentic German food it's not funny. And there was no schnitzel- I skipped lunch just to eat schnitzel. I hope they get a different food vendor next year ( kings Biergarten? I've heard they're awesome). Or heck forgo the plate dinners and stock up on hotdogs, pretzels and strudel . Plus they vastly underestimated the crowd so there was no plate dinners most of the time- and a huge line when there was.
It was a good effort for the first time. Plenty of parking- lots of kid activities.
