Urban Air Trampoline Fitness Classes are 60 minutes long and combine plyometrics, cardio, and strength building exercises to create a full body workout that can BURN UP TO 1,000 CALORIES! All fitness levels welcome- there will be beginner, intermediate and advanced moves for every routine!
We provide and use yoga balls, resistance bands, sliders, weighted medicine balls, foam rollers silk streamer wands, etc! New classes are introduced every 4-6 weeks.
