I really can't believe it is legal to walk into traffic, bang on windows and beg for money.
I wish these men would go away. I really don't like them coming towards my car while I drive with my kids. 

It is not legal...they are supposed to have a permit. 

I had to tell this dude like five times I wasn't interested in hearing what he had to say. He just insisted on standing by my window and waving around some sort of flyer. Like, bro...leave.
