New semester starts September 2, 2017. There are 3 different levels. Weekly classes for 2 hours. The environment is amazing! . There are 2 different schedules for each level Saturday is one for sure. Meditation is a great aid for physically, mentally and spirituality daily life challenges. We attended last semester and we had a blast! Attending next level starting next week! :) An amazing teenager resident from Kingwood invited me.
