Katie Holley, a Florida resident, woke up in the middle of the night to a weird sensation in her ear, "like someone had placed a chip of ice in my left earhole."

A cockroach was in her ear canal. To get the insect out, a doctor first killed it with lidocaine and then removed it using tweezers.

But he wasn't also an entomologist so he didn't inspect the parts and realize he had left the head behind. That was pulled out NINE days later when the poor women was still suffering from trouble hearing.

Yuck!!! Ewwww!!!I'm not going to get that visual out of my head tonight...maybe my day will be so tiring and convoluted I will forget before nightfall.

That?s not so bad. Your ear canals don?t open up into your brain. Or, getting in thru ?other areas? that might not be a closed canal. Lol

Saw where that spider laid eggs in that kid's ear and a bunch of babies were living in there? Yikes!?!?
