As anyone ask for a copy of the minutes for the months leading up to and when this was approved? Or better yet, a copy of the variance....that should be in writing with both parties signing off on it....

All this lawyer talk leads me to wonder if the BB board talked to their lawyer before approving this.... Oh, and I love Ramen too....

No traffic problem...since it's a corner lot and the 2 garages are connected, you create a drive throught. Enter off one street and exit on to the another...think of the possiblities here...lol

[i]How many square feet of "garage" is that? [/i] According to COH online permits the garage addition is 1819 sq. ft....darn near as big as my house!
