Two guys on WLH and Kingwood Dr....going up to cars asking for money. Not sure what their "charity" is. Don't they need a permit for that?

@RedMulch-hijack as well but just a suggestion-is it possible that it could be your A/C unit? Ours was backed up and overflowed the drip pan and dripped through the ceiling.
