I like mango and I like chicken, but is it good together??? 

I've had mango/peach salsa with pork and it was wonderful. I would think it would taste good with chicken too. 

You might try doing cornish game hens on the rotiserrie, basting them for the last hour or so with a mango/butter/brown sugar/dry mustard/salt & pepper sauce. Adjust the sauce ingredients to suite your taste! You can also use the remaining sauce as a dipping sauce for the hens. 

I think I had a mango chicken dish at Pei Wei a couple of weeks ago and it was really good.
