Does anyone know of a service that will come to your home to fix a lawnmower? The neighbors dog chewed some wires on my mower, and I don't have access to a trailer to bring it to a repair shop.

Call AJs Small Engine Repair in Humble. I know they wont come to your home, but they may be able to assit you. (Most home lawmmowers fold down so that you can place it easily in an empty trunk)
