I need to get started on something but I just don't know what to make tonight.

I've been eating a lot of seafood lately and while that is always good I don't want to swim away.

Steak? hmmmm has some merit.

Can't do poultry at all so chicken, turkey, eggs are out (and I love omelets but I just can't have them any more).

Has to be a meal with at least 30 grams of protein so a salad won't do. Has to be some good stuff.

Ideas?

we add REAL shrimp to our shrimp flavored ramen noodles.

Thats what we are having. Its still raw and needs to be cooked but it is ready to cook.

We are going out Christmas shopping and will go out to dinner. Who knows where though. :/

That is one of one of my favorite comfort dinners.

We are having smoked brisket sandwiches tonight. 

I'm not a big meat eater. But tonite we had bacon wrapped filet's from Omaha Steaks, a christmas gift.

Oh, my, they were totally delicious. Lean, flavorful and just plain good. And they are really small, perfect size for me. Men will need 2. lol
