Does anyone know where I can find any? I went to the Chinese market today and they only have whole quail. I don't what to have to bone as many as I need. Any suggestions? 

My hubby can't remember the name of it, but there is a meat market downtown that sells it.

Revival Market in the Heights may carry semi boneless quail. Or try Hubbell and Hudson in the Woodlands. 

Many of the grocery stores carry quail breast. I've bought them before just can't remember which ones. Call around and find out who. Actually it may have been the whole quail. 

Quail breasts are a nice size too. Easy to work with. 

I have some duck breast in my freezer that my husband shot a few weeks ago. First time Hunting killed 4. He was excited.

Thanks for all the good tips. Unfortunately no one seems to have quails breasts only whole birds. For the number we would need it's just too much hassle to be deboning the little suckers. Maybe next year. Now it's on to Plan B except I don't really have a Plan B. Oh well, maybe I'll get inspired while I'm at HEB.
