Rice noodles with butter and cheese for me.

Fried tofu (crispy like bacon), lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, sesame tahini paste and garlic on brown rice bread for my partner.

Easy dinner but very filling and nutritious while we watch the Texans win.

Have some snacks ready for later if needed.

looks like our cable will not carry the game until 12:30am here. i will be long in bed by then. my grand kids wore me out this week.
