I need recommendations from those in the area. My husband and I have 2 kids and we are looking to move to the Atascocita/Huffman Area. We don't live too close right now so if anyone is seeing anything i would love the info. Any info helps!

We are moving to the area after landing exceptional jobs at the !New! Atascocita Country Club. The is a catering company that has bought the property and has now opened a full service dinning room and Sunday brunch. They also to catering and banquets, including onsite/offsite events! 

Have you tried looking for rentals in HAR.com?

welcome to the neighborhood! Look over in Eagle springs, might want to do some driving around if in the area. Lots of people (as I have said before) are doing FSBO and FLBO. THe owners are cutting out the realtor because of the overhead costs. Cheaper to just rent out yourself. 

also check kingwoodyardsales.com and kingwood.com a lot advertisse rentals on there without the pesty realtor that wont stop emailing or calling you everyday!

Well its in kingwood not atascosita, but theres a house on my street that just put a for lease sign up yesterday. Its three bedrooms and two baths. Its been really well taken care of. Its at least 20 yrs old but its only had the original owners live there. They had to be put in a nursing home though so they sold the house.

I wouldn't tell anyone to move into the south IMO I think the school is really bad that's why I transferred mine out and put them in a new one. 

I actually love the schools and i got a great education there back in the day but recently it has been getting some good reviews from friends

You can go onto Humble ISD website and look at the numbers and see what works best for you with test grades. I took my son for speech at Timbers last year, I would wait for him so I go to see and hear what went on in the school. The one day I heard the counselor and a teacher trying to come up with a way to talk a mother into putting her son back on a medication that the mother didn't like. I got my son and went right home and started looking online to see what school I should put them in. I wouldn't recommend Timbers. 

I would try to avoid the title one schools as well
