After a week of kitten-sitting, my 4 yo daughter wants her own all white kitten. I don't even think I've ever seen an all white cat. Any of you guys have kittens up for grabs, or know where I can find an all white one?

FYI. The majority of white kittens with blue eyes are deaf. If they have one blue eye, they are usually deaf on that side. 

All the shelters are over run with kittens right now. BARC and Montgomery County will probably have tons of options and may even have cheap adoption fees. Plus they will be microchipped, vaccinated and altered. 

PLEASE adopt a shelter kitten. 

I have a beautiful mostly white stray cat that is expecting kittens sometime soon, by the looks of her. She has a few black spots, I wonder what the kittens will look like. You're welcome to one if I'm able to find them, and if you could wait about 6 to 8 weeks for them to be weaned. 

Not all white cats/kittens are deaf. I have a white cat w/ blue eyes in excellent health. She's my guard kitty!! Lol 

I did say majority...didn't want anyone to be disappointed if there were hearing issues down the road. 

Aww thank you guys! Yes I was hoping to find an owner that had a pregnant mommy or even a shelter kitty. Any kitten is a good kitten, aka a saved little life!!

Any kitten may be a good kitten but any kitten is not a "saved little life". In fact, buying from backyard breeders or someone whose cat is "accidentally" pregnant is funding irresponsible breeding and actually ending lives.


I hope you are able to find a kitten that suits your demands from a responsible outlet and not just an easy one. Teach your daughter how to save a life responsibly and that animals have more than just monetary value, it's one of the most important lessons you could teach her. 

I have kittens! 8 week old solid black shorthair, both male & female. My kids have thoroughly "socialized" them! Sweet & playful! Im in Sand Creek, would be happy to deliver one to you! 

Neighbor has four kittens. 3 orange tabbys, one black...all male. Ready in 4 weeks. 

Sorry, but I feel like I AM saving a life. Someone threw this little cat out without spaying her, and she found her way here. I'll do what I can to help, but she was never mine to begin with, all of mine are neutered. This is like the 3rd time this has happened in the neighborhood.

You absolutely are saving a life. You took in a cat that not yours and all of yours are neutered. I obviously wasn't referring to someone like you.

I'm referring to the people who have pets they don't bother to get fixed and end up having litter after litter that they pawn off on people. Sometimes they even make a buck off of the kittens. Giving people like that your money is supporting irresponsible breeding. Not something I would want to teach my kid.
