Hi, everyone. I used to get on here but haven't in a long time so I'm kinda new at this!

Anyways, as some of you may know Emily Preston and Max McDougal (Graduates from KHS who had just recently bought a home in Atascocita) got hit and killed by a drunk driver on April 14th of this year. It was extremely shocking, devastating, and tragic for everyone who knew them.

My friend Brandon, who knew Emily decided to make some Live strong bracelets for them and is selling them for $5.

A couple of the reasons he is doing this is to:

A) Keep the memory of these two amazing people alive and spread the joy and happiness they always had
B) Raise the risks of drunk driving. Every time you look down at your wrist and have a bracelet on remember how it took two innocent lives and NEVER get behind the wheel drunk.
C) We are not sure what we are going to do with the money yet, but something in their name to again keep their names alive!

They were taken way too soon and any way to get their message across would be wonderful!

I'm going to try and post pictures of the bracelets as soon as I figure it out!

So very sorry for those completely tragic loses, it's so heartbreaking..

This is an awesome cause, go for it, society needs the message. And we can't hear it too much, either.

God bless.

Ill buy a couple. No matter what I tell my son there is always the chance he might think he is invincible. He knows and has called me a couple of times to pick him up. Every parent should always tell them to call and they will pick them up with no mean words until morning.

I would buy some! Maybe consider donating the money to Project Graduation in their memory since Thom is a senior this year.

Thank you so much for the support! It means a lot, as we are really trying hard to make a difference!

JenJen, that is a fantastic idea. I let my friend know and he was completely down for it!
