I am cooking pork chops, brown gravy with onions, corn on the cob and rice for supper.

Question:

I am new to pressure cooking (just got mine and used it twice so far), but want to know if I can put the rice down IN THE COOKER along with the browned pork chops and onion, and then put the corn in the steam basket that sits down in the pot also before sealing to pressure up. -or-

Am I supposed to put the rice separate in a pot on the stove?

I tried spaghetti in it last night?.didn't work so well?LOL

Rice has to have water to cook. Won't work in PC mixed with other stuff. Crucny rice or overcooked PC & onions.
