Yes your ticket gives you access to the livestock show and the entertainer part. Once you enter reliant you have to dump outside food. However, if you hide it well you can get it in. Haha. And you can't leave reliant and come back in. I can't wait to try my rodeo food! Also weds are free if you can't get all your goodies!

Yes all the good food is outside reliant stadium, inside is just the normal stadium food. 

What time do they let u in the concert part? Ticket says 3:45.... Does that mean the livestock part starts at that time?? Freezing out here!!! 

The rodeo starts at 3:45, doors open around 3. Concert starts around 5ish.
