Was just coming home from an appt in Porter and saw a dog lying on the side of 59S, just before the Northpark exit. It was tan and white, possibly a boxer. It was almost right across from the entrance to Oakhurst. :(

That dog was somebody's pet and family member. Maybe they're looking for it. Nothing to joke about.

The people obviously aren't to concerned about it or it wouldn't be out.

Not everyone should have kids and some shouldn't own pets either. Maybe a pet rock.
