Bill sold a home to my sister and then when my MIL moved here we introduced her to him because we feel he did such a good job with my sister. Anyway, My MIL also bought a home from Bill. Bill looks at every home as if it were his mom or child buying it. He points out defects because he wants to be sure you get a great home.
