This is the second time in a week,what in the heck is going on??

Is this happening elsewhere in Kingwood too?

Typically when the lights go out its hard rain,strong winds etc.... 

No lights out in ST.

It appears that the issue is usually resolved in a timely fashion ,but appears to "bubblegum patch" job when fixed.

Btw,the lights have been out for 40 mins and counting... ( yes I paid my bill) :-0 

I'm in Elm Grove. Lights still on here.
