I had the pleasure of having one of Mike's fried turkeys this past Thanksgiving. It's the best I have ever had. I will never want one of those bland, boring roasted turkeys again. Even though it's described as having cajun seasoning, it wasn't too spicy for some of the milder palates in my family. One of the things that sets it apart from other fried turkeys I've had over the years is Mike does a great job of generously injecting it. There wasn't a single cut of meat that was untouched by seasoning.

The juices left over after preparing the bird according to instructions helped make a damn good gravy too.

Warren and Porterican, thanks for the great comments, I have 23 years of experience in frying turkeys, my methods of injecting really does make a difference in spreading the seasoning all throughout the turkey, most video's you see giving instructions will show you to put a large amount here and there and so those spots are the only place where seasonings will be, when I inject I am moving the injector needle up and down, in and out and all around spreading seasoning throughout the turkey in all levels of the meat. I use my own creation of seasonings named appropriately "Amazin Cajun" seasoning to season the turkey, best cajun seasoning on the planet and can be purchased at Alspaugh's Hardware in Kingwood, it's not full of salt like all of the others. Our frying temperature is lower than any other recipe you will find on the internet and our length of frying time is shorter also and the result is as each of you described. Even Popeyes Cajun Turkey cannot compete with one of Heaven Made Cajun Fried Turkeys.
