Chiquita is a small black dachshund (weenie dog) mix. I live in the Trailwood Village apartments and we adopted her yesterday. She just bolted out the door when I opened it to go inside my apartment. I ran after her and walked toward her but she just kept running away. My phone number is 281 796 5221 if anyone happens to spot her. Thank you very much.

possibly but she seems very scared and she wouldn't listen to me. she likes my girlfriend much more than she likes me. my gf went to work today at 3 and when I got back from the store the dog just bolted and acted like she was not coming back. thanks for helping us out btw 

Its afraid of you for some reason...did you step on her or yelled at your GF in front of the POoch? 

Haha no i completely understand why you would ask, but I was totally gentle with the dog and I haven't even swatted her butt or anything like that yet. She hasn't gotten in trouble yet. I think she just freaked out because she missed her foster mother and didn't like being moved away from her. I registered her microchip ID number to my name and address so if she gets back to a shelter they will be able to call me.
