Anyone having trouble getting email? We haven't bern able to send or receive since yesterday. 

I am having issues this morning not getting my emails either. 

I have suddenlink internet but I don't use their email, I use gmail. But having no issues. 

Just talked to Suddenlink. They said thay are aware of the outage and are working diligently to fix it. No time given for when that might be. I went online to webmail and couldn't get it to work from there. I asked if we got a credit on our account for the outage and tech support said I would have to talk to billing. 

Suddenlink email is down. Was told my a tech that we need to change our settings in Thunderbird email. They are aware that Kingwood is having issues. 

Must be sporadic... Mine works fine. 

What is Thunderbird email?
