We have been receiving some inquires about if we are doing our yearly aeration and fertilization again this year like we have the past for five years the answer is yes we will be doing them. Right now they are slotted for the first week of March. This year we will be strictly staying in Kingwood once I have more final details I will update.

Price for this year is $100.00 for front and back aeration only.
Unfortunately we won't be able to provide fertilization this year.
As of right now we are looking at the first week of March for the aerations. Once I have a finalized date I will post it here. If you would like you can pm me any questions you may have.

ETA: The $100.00 is for the average home in Kingwood, if you live in a cul-dec-sac or have a larger than average Kingwood size yard please contact us for a price. Also, if you would like just the front it is $50.00

Just an FYI, C's wants us to mark our in-ground sprinkler heads before they come. I was in Lowe's today to get a replacement head and saw they have "markers" (flag-type) in a package, to stick by the sprinkler heads. Didn't see the price but thought that was a great. 

Ace Hardware on WLHP has those flags, too.

I bought a package of 10 and I think they were something like $3.50 each. 

Thank you Gigi!! Yes please please please make sure to flag ALL sprinkler heads! If you are unable to get the flags you can also use sticks, sticking from the ground.

I was unfortunately in the hospital all of last week and had to undergo 2 surgeries all due to my gallbladder.
We have to push the aerations back a week, so they will now be next week. Shane and I are trying to re-work our schedule due to what happened last week. I should have a date either later today or tomorrow. Sorry to keep everyone in limbo!

Please keep an eye on this thread for updates concerning the weather and our aeration schedule. Rain actually does aeration good, as the soil is softer and the aerator will pierce the ground further.

I can guarantee that my yard is good and soft and ready! My rain gauge shows 4.8" from this week. 

My gauge showed over 5"but that is not accurate as last night's rain was blowing sideways. 

My rain huge was overflowing late morning today! We did get a whole lot of rain!

As of right now Bear Branch is scheduled for tomorrow, and all other on Saturday. I will confirm that with Shane and update 

I saw the weather at noon and they were predicting a 40% chance of rain for tomorrow morning.

Shane just went out and evaluated and it is way to wet with the rain we received last night. The aerator will leave huge ruts in yards. We have decided to reschedule for next Friday 3/18. Sorry for any inconvenience but we'd rather not leave ruts in yards.
