Looking for a good Chriopractor not that expensive and can do a good job. Having neck pains and in need of a neck realignment

TinktheSprite --- 9 years ago -

I had neck pains during college. I owe my degree to my chiro. She said it was from reading with my head down all the time. I would go for an adjustment before my exams. I could feel new blood flow into my brain. I owe my A's to her!

Unfortunately, she moved out of state. I hear Paul Palmer is good but he is on 1960 in Atascocita. Never been, Haven't had issues since college days.

In the mean time, take time to relieve your neck muscles by tilting your head back sloooowly. Then to each side. Do this 3-4 times per day and between reading assignments. The weight of your head should suffice.

But if you really want a stretch, lay flat on your back on a table and hang your head over the edge. Use a towel to pad your shoulders if you need to. This should not hurt. If it does. Stop. Good luck!
