Anyone ever used them? Well, don't. They will take your money and then hide from you. They came to repair my door, which was unsuccessful. I paid anyways because I trusted they would make right the situation. Now, they (edited) won't return my calls after he promised that he would come look at whatever his idiot tech did. My door had issues before, but now it straight DOESN'T WORK! Extremely dissatisfied by not only the incompetence but by the dishonesty and lack of integrity. Plus, he lied to me about the price! Bait and switch pricing and horrible service. Thanks for nothing! I'll post this everywhere I can so you can't screw anyone else, you crook!

Is he a new owner? We used Perry Doors for 20 years and never had any problems.

idk how long this particular guy has run the company, but it took me posting this message on his facebook page to get him to call me back. After which, he straight lied and did nothing but make up excuses for why he avoided my calls. Thank you for the recommendation for Agape. I'll be calling them. I don't even want this company to come to my house. I don't trust him.
