Looking at Hwy 59 and Townsen there is an accident stopping all freeway traffic going south, I think. It looks bad but it also dark outside.

Thanks, kj. I have the late shift and will be leaving soon. I am confident with careful maneuvering, once out of Kingwood and Humble, all will be well. Please don't let it rain any more while I am away. 

Tink, I just HAD to go to Home Depot in Humble this morning and the first exit I could take was Will Clayton. It looked clear to the west on Will Clayton.

I will say that the traffic was a little bit of a mess going south with drivers trying to figure out where they could exit and so the right hand lane was really stop and go so be careful. Have a safe trip - more rain expected to start Wednesday afternoon and going through Friday, with some heavy rain expected.
